Transitions Partner

This role involves establishing relationships, customizing transition plans, and overseeing all aspects of the transition process to ensure a smooth experience for clients.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain meaningful working relationships with financial advisors and their staff
Customize transition plans based on advisor, staff, office operations, culture
Drive pull-through of assets to convert onto the CWS/NFS platform that align with business objectives, subject to change on a quarterly basis
Efficiently manage multiple projects at various stages
Develop weekly progress reporting personalized to individual advisor effectiveness
Product mapping including quality replacements for non-transferable assets
Resolve escalated issues and ensure operational procedures are properly maintained and followed
Able to work independently and as part of a team on moderately complex and complex issues and projects

Required

BA or BS in Business or related field
5+ years of experience in sales and operational roles with demonstrated success in achieving goals
Ability to articulate feedback in a way that others can comprehend
Experience partnering with leadership on various campaigns
Exceptional presentation skills and demonstrated leadership characteristics
Results-oriented and proactive with the ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives/projects concurrently
Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Education and Training — Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
Persuasion — Persuading others to change their minds or behavior
Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
