Senior Talent Acquisition Professional

Responsibilities

Build relationships with Hiring Managers and HR to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent
Analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing candidates, posting positions, and supporting workforce planning
Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation
Exhibit a strong customer service orientation while managing leadership, field-exempt, and corporate roles, and developing a talent pipeline
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in mentoring new talent
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience
