The CFO will be responsible for financial integrity, strategic planning, operational improvement, treasury and risk management, and governance within the organization.

Responsibilities
Financial integrity: Accounting, reporting, audit, tax, capital management
Strategic planning: Forecasting, long-range planning, capital investment
Operational improvement: Cost containment, labor productivity, revenue cycle oversight
Treasury & Risk: Cash management, debt financing, insurance
Governance: Board finance committee, fiduciary duties
Partnership: Work within MultiCare matrix and regional growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
An MBA is required
CPA is strongly preferred
Proven healthcare CFO with experience in system and independent hospital settings
Expertise in GAAP, revenue recognition, and internal controls
Demonstrated turnaround success and operational finance acumen
Leadership experience in team development and change management
Desired personal attributes include collaboration, agility, decisiveness, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills
