Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of business rules within Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems
Focus on the Utilization Management and Claims Departments
Help develop solutions across various business units to enhance operational efficiency and automate repetitive tasks
Engage in exploratory activities regarding the potential integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies into the organization’s processes
Operate within a software development life cycle framework and engage in cross-functional activities with software development teams to facilitate process and system integrations
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or technical discipline required or equivalent experience
Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools required
Preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL and RDBMS systems such as Microsoft SQL Server preferred
Experience with BI tools, specifically Crystal and/or SSRS to transform raw data into meaningful insights for business analysis purposes preferred
Experience with designing, developing, and supporting RPA systems preferred
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies, with the ability to contribute to the assessment and integration of AI/ML into automation processes preferred
