Responsibilities

Be the voice of the customer - you are in the driver’s seat for steering the end-to-end vision across product areas using the working backwards processes and supporting A|B experimentation mechanisms
Define and improve metrics to gain insight into the customer experience and track progress towards goals
Influence tech partners to ensure our architectural decisions align with customer needs
Partner with teams like Delivery Experience, Quick Commerce, Grocery, Prime, SCOT. Fulfillment, Returns and Refunds, Customer Service (and more) to deliver on your roadmap
Collaborate with hundreds of partner teams that innovate across our services, gaining insight into Amazon-wide strategic initiatives and priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management

Preferred

Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
