Responsibilities

Participate in conversations with customers to understand technical requirements and help shape solution designs

Prepare example datasets, draft technical specifications, and outline proposed workflows

Define project milestones, quality standards, and success indicators in partnership with internal and external teams

Build data processing pipelines and evaluation tools that ensure outputs meet defined quality thresholds

Develop or integrate data-generation workflows to support model training and analysis

Produce clearly structured, well-documented datasets ready for downstream use

Create lightweight utilities or applications tailored to specific project needs when off-the-shelf tools aren’t sufficient

Work with customer and internal teams to define production requirements and ensure a smooth transition from prototypes to operational systems

Troubleshoot technical issues, answer detailed questions, and support teams responsible for day-to-day delivery

Maintain alignment on specifications and workflows as the project evolves

Evaluate tools, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for automation or enhancement

Contribute improvements to internal best practices, templates, and evaluation frameworks

Provide technical insights that may support future customer initiatives or extended engagements

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or applied ML roles

Proficiency with Python, SQL, and common data manipulation/visualization libraries

Familiarity with APIs, technical documentation, and integrating backend services

Strong communication skills and comfort working in customer-facing technical settings

Preferred

Experience working with modern ML or LLM-based workflows is a plus
