Responsibilities

Implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Health's Radiology and PACS applications
Vendor management
Software upgrades
Software installs
Server maintenance
Technical support
Perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally
Responsible for troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files and updating/cycling servers
Communicate effectively verbally, in person and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders
Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience with implementation, support, and maintenance of Radiology and PACS applications

Experience with troubleshooting backend methods
Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in person, and in writing
Ability to document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles
