Responsibilities
Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes across departments
Designing and implementing solutions to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational health
Leveraging AI to drive operational efficiency
Spearhead internal AI Task Force which seeks to enforce Federato’s AI Policy and drive operating leverage through the use of AI
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for key business metrics
Providing actionable insights from data to inform strategic and operational decisions
Supporting data governance and ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Leading or supporting key cross-functional projects aimed at improving business performance
Coordinating efforts between different departments to achieve strategic objectives
Collaborating with VP Finance on financial models related to new business initiatives, product launches, or market expansions
Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or venture capital
1+ years of relevant startup experience, ideally in product management, business operations, finance, or related role
Preferred
MBA preferred but not required
