They are seeking a Licensed Clinical Program Supervisor to supervise the behavioral health program, coordinate staffing assignments, and ensure the delivery of quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Supervise the behavioral health program

Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels

Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff on performance expectations

Apply progressive discipline when appropriate

Participate in hiring and termination procedures

Coordinate patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes

Participate in direct delivery of care depending on patient census

Complete patient evaluations and treatments as needed

Direct, oversee, coordinate, and control the admission, customer service representatives, and case management departments in accordance with the established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; regulatory agencies; and third-party payers

Psychologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date

Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date

Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Must be an LCSW
