Responsibilities
Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design
Create high-level design artifacts
Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module
Lead validation for all types of testing
Support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
Experience as a senior architect leading large transformation projects
5 years of experience designing and developing Web applications
5 years of experience hands on experience with AWS development
5 years of experience working on Agile Development teams
2 years of experience in Skills in designing scalable and distributed streaming systems at scale
2 years of experience in cloud migration, cost optimization, and cloud-native development
Preferred
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Strong experience with Amazon MSK and Amazon Kinesis Data Streams
Strong experience with Microservice development, CICD pipelines, Java/Spring Boot, REST API, MongoDB
Ability to define technical architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategy and will participate in hands-on delivery
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and relevant managed services
Proficiency in building real-time data pipelines and stream processing applications
Expertise in event-driven architecture and data serialization formats (e.g., Avro, Protobuf)
Experience in testing streaming data solutions, both batch and real-time validation
Familiar with tools for performance testing and testing automation frameworks
Experience building and maintaining internal developer platforms or golden paths
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Go) and API integration
Emphasis on improving developer experience, self-service tooling, and observability
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
