Revenue Manager
Ogletree Deakins is one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management in all types of employment-related legal matters. The Revenue Manager will oversee the collection efforts of approximately $200M accounts receivable balances and supervise the Revenue team, working closely with the Director of Revenue and the firm’s General Counsel.

Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and develop staff, and ensure that all resources are in functional alignment
Cultivate and foster a culture that is team-oriented and committed to professional excellence
Determine remediation plans and escalate issues as appropriate to senior executive leadership; ensure strong lines of communication across the organization
Willing and able to step in and perform support work regularly
Participate or lead projects to improve processes and efficiencies of the team
Review purchase offers for bankruptcy claims
Direct regular and ad hoc financial reporting, progress on KPI’s, and related metrics and analytics
Responsible for the oversight of the Star Collect System. This includes any upgrades, training to employees and overall maintenance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, finance or business and/or 4 + years management experience
High level of independent discretion and excellent analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficient - MS Office with an intermediate skill set in Excel
Ability to analyze large amounts of data

Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Availability to work beyond regular scheduled hours and occasional travel
