$19.75/hr - $26.50/hrLife Time Inc. is seeking a Law Clerk to support their property development legal department. The Law Clerk will work under the guidance of in-house lawyers, handling tasks such as reviewing titles, preparing closing documents, and assisting with real estate matters.

Responsibilities
Reviews title and surveys for sites and drafts title objection letters and internal memos
Reviews purchase agreements to prepare comprehensive closing checklists, closing documents and coordinates internally and externally to achieve efficient closing on real estate
Prepares first drafts of simple purchase agreements, amendments to purchase agreements and leases and other correspondence for review and approval by attorneys
Assists real estate and development attorneys in all aspects relating to real estate and development, including property management and lease administration
Reviews due diligence
Qualification
Required
Completed two semesters of school (minimum) at an accredited law school (effective on start date)
Ability to meet the working hours at Life Time corporate in Chanhassen, MN as described in the position summary
Ability to meet objectives in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of oversight
Excellent academic credentials and communication skills, including verbal and written
Preferred
One or more years of school remaining until graduation
Work experience within the legal and/or business market
