Responsibilities

Calling on active restoration job sites and meeting with owners, remediation project managers, superintendents, and other key players with buying influence
Providing product demonstrations and training seminars on critical restoration equipment and consumables
Participating in trade events independently and in partnership with product specialists and vendors
Acting as a true solution provider to customers for their urgent remediation and restoration needs
Integrating regional sales initiatives into your strategy to build the territory from the ground up

Required

Deep experience working with distributors (like Abatix, Aramsco, or Jon Don) or restoration contractors (like Servpro, Bluesky, or Skyline)

Ability to build a territory from the ground up
Willingness to work in various environments including corporate HQ or job sites
Competitive nature and a desire to win
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Motivated by an uncapped commission plan
