Responsibilities
Own all design at LiveBy, including UX, UI, research, workflows, and design systems
Advocate for usability and experience improvements across the product
Conduct user interviews to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities
Validate concepts through usability testing and iterative design
Produce clear design artifacts, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
Create and maintain a scalable design system and visual language
Translate data into insights and visualizations for agents and consumers
Qualification
Required
Four or more years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the design process
Fluency across core UX deliverables, including wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes
Strong experience conducting user interviews and defining user needs
Portfolio that shows problem-solving, data visualization, and impacting product outcomes
Ability to work independently and manage the whole design lifecycle without another designer
Preferred
Minimum three years of experience
Proven success leading design initiatives for SaaS platforms
Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS
Hands-on experience using AI-powered design and prototyping tools (such as Claude, Loveable, or Figma)
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
