Responsibilities
Position is responsible for the monitoring and recognition of continuous electrocardiographic telemetry
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Successful completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course or successful completion of an arrhythmia test given by the Education Department
Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology
Current BLS Certification
Certification of completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department
Preferred
None required, but preferred
Experience needed for per diem positions
