Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, minor plumbing repairs, and landscaping
Assist in conducting preventive maintenance tasks, including filter changes, lubrication, and inspections
Respond to emergency maintenance requests under the supervision of a higher-level technician
Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory
Assist in maintaining common areas, including cleaning, trash removal, and landscaping
Assist in maintaining the pool and spa, including cleaning, chemical treatments, and basic equipment operation

Required

Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician
Hands on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Drywall is highly desired
Knowledge of basic hand tools, personal protective equipment and OSHA standards
Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented attitude
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
Must be willing to obtain the following certificates: First Aid/CPR, Fire Director Certificate, Weekly Fire Certificate, and OSHA 10

Preferred

High Rise Property Management or Hospitality experience is strongly preferred
