Revenue Enablement Lead - APAC

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy that aligns with business goals across APAC and drives measurable outcomes, supporting its sales leaders
Partner with wider enablement team to provide role-specific content, such as training materials, and deliver training and coaching programs for APAC sales and customer-facing teams
Analyze APAC sales performance to identify root causes for performance gaps and design targeted onboarding/everboarding
Work closely with sales, product, and Rev Enablement teams to ensure message-market fit, alignment, and consistent execution of go-to-market strategies
Implement and reinforce best practices in sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDPICC) and operationalize new selling motions
Drive adoption and leverage technology, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Highspot platforms to improve enablement efforts
Lead change management initiatives to ensure new behaviors and processes are adopted effectively across the APAC sales organization
Plan and deliver onboarding and Everboarding classes, by utilizing our sales methodologies and aligning with our organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in revenue or sales enablement, with a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and the sales tech stack
Ability to influence APAC stakeholders and coach managers on effective enablement techniques
Strong data analysis skills to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
Excellent English written and verbal cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to facilitate complex topics particularly within APAC
Proven ability to manage programs and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success in partnering with sales, marketing, product, and other teams across the globe
Preferred
Multilingual skills are a plus
