Sr Analyst, Financial
DaVita Kidney Care is a leading healthcare provider focused on improving the quality of life for patients with chronic kidney failure. They are seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Integrated Kidney Care Finance Data and Analytics team, where the role involves analyzing complex clinical and financial data to enhance patient outcomes and support value-based care objectives.

Responsibilities
Analyze large, complex datasets from sources like Cerner to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and identify trends in patient care
Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our Integrated Care Nurses and Care Coordinators
Perform detailed analysis of care activities
Translate data into actionable insights on care pathway adherence, completion rates, and the impact on patient outcomes like readmission rates
Support clinical and operational partners by using data to help refine care coordination strategies and identify areas for improvement
Assist in developing models to assess the financial impact of clinical initiatives and support strategic decision-making within the IKC finance team
Act as a data expert and analytical partner for clinical, operational, and finance leaders. Clearly present your findings and recommendations to guide business strategy
Contribute to the enhancement of data structures and reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and the quality of our analytical insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
One to Three (1-3) years of professional experience in an analytics role
Experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably within the healthcare industry
Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and data querying languages (e.g., SQL)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
A strong interest in healthcare concepts, particularly value-based care, care coordination, and clinical workflows
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
