Responsibilities
Clean boats according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors
Operating steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of boats
Keeping a clean and organized work area
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
No previous experience needed. Will train
Attention to detail
Ability to ascend and descend a ladder
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Eager to engage in a growing, fast paced, and industry-leading company
Preferred
Previous auto detailing experience a plus
