Collaborate with supply chain operations and planning teams to identify pain points and develop use cases
Craft comprehensive business requirements that align with key supply chain planning principles
Implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and visibility across processes
Work closely with IT to introduce new capabilities and manage smaller enhancement projects
Develop project documentation, including Business Process Flows and User Requirement Documents
Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and change management initiatives
Investigate system issues and collaborate with IT and business users to implement solutions
Support key metrics and data analysis related to supply chain planning and operations
Adapt to a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with a collaborative and independent approach

Required

Proven experience in supply chain planning and understanding of end-to-end processes

Preferred

Background in technical or supply chain-related fields with a BA/BS degree

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage competing priorities
