They are seeking a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, responsible for providing help desk support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, VA
Provide help desk support using tools such as BMC’s Remedy or ServiceNow
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Qualification
Required
High School or GED
Must have one of the following: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH
Six years of professional industry experience
Active DoD TS/SCI Eligible
Ability to work on-site in Dahlgren, VA
Ability to travel up to 10%
Experience with help desk tools such as BMC's Remedy or ServiceNow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
