Responsibilities

Standardize the Workforce Readiness curriculum, including repeatable Coach training systems, mock interview frameworks, and resume review guidance
Design participant outcome tracking forms and coordinate data analysis with the Technology team to improve program quality and meet VISTA performance metric
Research and evaluate new learning resources aligned with Essential Skills and Google Career pathways
Identify and recruit professional association partners and subject matter experts for volunteer coaching
Develop a sustainable, repeatable calendar of technology exposure events and innovation workshops
