Responsibilities
Support reservoir engineering workflows including production data analysis, decline curve analysis, and basic forecasting to evaluate well and asset performance
Assist with reservoir surveillance activities, identifying performance trends, anomalies, and potential optimization opportunities from a subsurface perspective
Develop an understanding of reservoir characterization concepts such as fluid behavior, pressure performance, and drive mechanisms across conventional and unconventional assets
Apply engineering fundamentals learned in coursework to real-world reservoir engineering problems and economic decision-making
Contribute to value-add technical projects that support reserves estimation, development planning, and long-term asset optimization
Gain exposure to reserves processes, type curve development, and subsurface data integration while working with multidisciplinary teams (geoscience, land, operations, and finance)
Participate in select field visits to understand how subsurface decisions translate into surface operations, with an emphasis on safety and data quality
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in a college/university program at the time of internship
Self-starter with a passion for learning and a strong work ethic
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
