Responsibilities

Oversee a disciplined month-end close process across a multi-entity operating structure, consistently achieving an 8-day or faster close from preparation to reporting
Lead buy-side M&A accounting activities such as purchase price allocation (PPA) and opening balance sheet setup for newly acquired operating companies
Drive financial integration of acquisitions, migrating accounting systems, aligning policies and procedures
Draft complete financial statements with footnotes in accordance with GAAP and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
Lead the annual financial statement audit process, serving as primary liaison with external auditors and ensuring timely completion
Own and manage accounting systems to ensure they support both day-to-day operations and the integration of newly acquired entities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
10+ years of experience, including time in public accounting (Big 4 or similar)
Prior experience working with multi-entity structures or roll-up M&A environments
