They are seeking a Podcast Marketing Specialist to develop creative marketing strategies, maintain partner relationships, and analyze marketing performance to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Brainstorm and pitch creative marketing strategies, content, and promotional opportunities aimed at gaining new audiences, retaining and engaging existing audiences, and building brand awareness
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact for marketing initiatives. Ensure seamless communication and coordination
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using relevant metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to build insights about promotional effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Maintain a finger on the pulse in the rapidly evolving landscape of the industry, understanding technological advancements, content trends, and shifts in podcasting and talk
Manage Partner campaigns from planning through implementation
Administrative tasks such as tracking expenses, budget management, and more

Qualification

Required

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing within the media landscape
Experience in social media strategy, data analytics, and tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, etc
Proficient in computer and software skills such as Excel
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Ability to seamlessly multi-task effectively across multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc
