As a Talent Partner, you will own the candidate side of the search, sourcing and nurturing top-tier talent in the Accounting and Finance divisions, while building pipelines across high-demand skill sets.

Responsibilities
Interview 15–18 Candidates Weekly: Build your bench with consistent talent conversations that uncover true fit and future potential
Submit 10–12 Qualified Candidates Weekly: Deliver top-tier talent to our clients with speed, quality, and precision
Generate 8+ Business Development Leads Weekly: Uncover opportunities from your desk through meaningful MPA conversations, Bullhorn tracking, and strategic use of marketing assets
Execute the AccruePartners Business System:
Participate in every intake session to align expectations
Craft compelling Go-to-Market messages
Leverage data-driven insights from market and talent analytics
Run efficient and targeted searches
Own the process through candidate prep, debriefs, and reference checks
Conduct Quality Check (QC) Calls: Stay connected to talent post-placement to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Engage in 1–2 In-Person Networking Events Monthly: Deepen your client and candidate relationships beyond the screen and get involved in our community!
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent in the Information Technology space
Ability to build pipelines across high-demand skill sets
Experience in matching candidates to contract, projects, and direct hire roles
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment
Experience in interviewing candidates
Ability to submit qualified candidates to clients with speed, quality, and precision
Experience in generating business development leads
Ability to participate in intake sessions to align expectations
Experience in crafting compelling Go-to-Market messages
Ability to leverage data-driven insights from market and talent analytics
Experience in running efficient and targeted searches
Ability to conduct Quality Check (QC) Calls post-placement
Experience in engaging in networking events
