The Target Replenishment Insights Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory for clients, utilizing data to create inventory efficiencies and ensuring effective execution of the client’s Target business.

Responsibilities
Works directly with clients & retailer to manage in-stock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, and supply chain compliance metrics
Educates clients, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices
Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Additional responsibilities include seasonal analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations
Responsible for providing weekly reporting as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns
Responsible for assisting the with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, chargeback disputes, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations
This position will assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry
Takes a proactive approach to inventory management for changes in planogram items including adds, deletes, and store count changes
Actively participates in weekly calls
Contributes to 30-60-90 planning meetings, POG updates, and event support
Plays a key role in the preparation of major meetings such as Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Replenishment for Target
Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation; Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
Understands the basics of negotiation to include common tactics and responses
