Accelerating Our Growth Across
Shopify App Store SEO & CRO/ASO
Google Ads (search + display + remarketing)
Shopify agency partnerships
LLM optimization: GEO
Landing page optimization & onboarding conversion
Measurement, attribution, and growth analytics
Shopify App Store Growth
Improve ranking for our main keywords
Optimize listing copy, screenshots, video, pricing
Launch and optimize experiments to lift install → activation → paid
Increase review volume and velocity
Analyze competitors and category trends
Google Ads Scaling
Take over existing campaigns and optimize them for ROAS
Launch new keyword campaigns, competitor campaigns, and remarketing
Run structured experiments weekly
Scale budget when profitable
Continuously improve quality score + landing page relevance
Shopify Agency Partnerships
Take over existing campaigns and optimize them for ROAS
Identify top agencies and partners globally
Run outreach, set up demos and maintain relationships
Build a referral program for agencies
Create co-marketing content and partner guides
Track partner performance
Analytics & Growth Measurement
Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates
Model growth scenarios and forecast ARR
Attribute results to channels clearly

Qualification

Required

Background in marketing saas to Shopify merchants
Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem
Strong experience with running marketing experiments independently from start to finish and scaling up the ones that work
Knowing how to execute this yourself is key. The founder will help you, but you're the pilot and will execute your own plans. Over time, you'll hire people to help you execute. The more growth you can deliver, the more people we can hire
A ‘Get Stuff Done' mentality and ability to be proactive, see problems and work through them independently
Strong technical English skills, both written and spoken
Async and remote work at a profitable company, that grows 100% year over year. No growth at all costs
AI fluency. MCP, prompting, agent coordination, you know how to use AI to achieve more
