Responsibilities
Support Senior HRBPs in handling employee relations matters
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, aligning HR strategies with business priorities
Assist managers with performance management conversations and documentation
Partner with colleagues across the Talent team to deliver forward-thinking initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience
Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring employees feel supported during times of transition
Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous growth, supporting both employees and leadership
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in HRIS (Workday) and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
A degree in Human Resources, Business Operations, Psychology
Experience with a HRIS, ideally Workday
General knowledge of employee relations and an ability to manage sensitive matters with care and discretion
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, You're approachable, humble, and collaborative
Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional environment while balancing multiple priorities
