Required
Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, including civil and commercial litigation
Experienced in drafting and handling Motions
Proficient in navigating legal procedures in various Courts
Demonstrated experience with Trials and preparing for Depositions
Strong research, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Colorado
Preferred
Prior experience in franchise law, bankruptcy, or civil matters is a plus
Law review experience is a plus
