Responsibilities

Support the gifting team and help secure celebrity placements
Play a key role in increasing brand visibility in the celebrity space, gaining insight into how PR firms collaborate with talent
Support the gifting team and help secure influencer placements
Conduct editor outreach, manage gifting initiatives, and monitor brand mentions across print and online platforms
Assist with social media management to ensure consistent brand visibility
Assist with merchandise preparation, showroom organization, and styling support for celebrities, editors, and stylists
Help maintain showroom aesthetics and gather images for pitches
Build outreach lists, provide administrative support, and assist in event production
Occasionally, there will be opportunities to work at Los Angeles-based events
Support inventory management and processing using LaunchMetrics Fashion GPS
Gain hands-on experience in fashion logistics, merchandising, sample coordination, and inventory management
Research and identify potential new brands, support outreach strategies, and assist with client acquisition initiatives

Skilled at research and utilizing available resources
Team-oriented with a positive, high-energy attitude
Organized, logical thinker, and creative problem-solver
Computer literate with familiarity in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, blogging)
Reliable, punctual, and able to take constructive feedback
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have a laptop for internship use
Applicants must be 18 or over to apply

Preferred

Some exposure to fashion or public relations
Having a vehicle for pick-ups/drop-offs to talent and stylists location is a plus (but not required)
