Assist clients in securing financing solutions for their commercial real estate projects, including sourcing appropriate loan products, negotiating terms, and managing the loan process from start to finish
Analyze client financials
Build and maintain relationships with lenders and investors
Originate and manage deals
Provide expert guidance to clients to ensure successful funding and execution of their investment projects
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Mortgage Brokerage and an understanding of the mortgage industry
Experience with Debt Consolidation and advanced knowledge of Finance
Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and knowledge of industry strategies
Strong Brokerage and negotiation skills
Proven ability to navigate complex financial markets and provide customized solutions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment
Experience in commercial real estate financing or related industries is highly regarded
