Responsibilities

Supporting engineering processes and production line operations at the Racine facility
Applying root cause analysis to identify and implement robust, sustainable solutions to production challenges
Contributing to process improvement projects that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency
Assisting with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making in manufacturing operations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals

Preferred

Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills and basic data analysis experience required
Farming background or experience in agriculture, construction, or landscaping preferred, but not required
Some positions may require the ability to travel to other sites
