Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Serve as a servant leader and coach to one or more agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices
Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, escalating when necessary
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and experimentation
Track and communicate key agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders
Support the team in achieving delivery commitments and maintaining a sustainable pace
Foster strong collaboration between business and technical teams, including Salesforce and FileMaker stakeholders when applicable
Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align on agile maturity goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification required
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or digital product environment
Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and across multiple time zones
Preferred
Experience supporting agile transformation or scaling agile practices across teams
Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with Salesforce or FileMaker platforms is a plus
