This role will be key in estimate development, review, and overall bid strategy, collaborating closely with leadership, project teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities
Lead preparation and review of detailed electrical cost estimates for commercial projects
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop comprehensive pricing proposals
Review scope, identify risks, and ensure accuracy and completeness of bid packages
Provide guidance and technical support to other estimators as needed
Participate in pre-bid meetings and occasional site walk-throughs
Collaborate with internal teams to align estimating assumptions with field execution
Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in commercial electrical estimating
Experience leading or reviewing estimates for large or complex projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications
Ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
Preferred
Proficiency with electrical estimating software (Accubid strongly preferred)
