Start in 2026 SummerTOPPAN Packaging Americas is looking for interns to join their summer program, designed to provide hands-on experience in the manufacturing and packaging industry. Interns will work on impactful projects, gaining insights into the company's culture and processes while developing a business mindset.

Responsibilities
Lead a project focused on manufacturing process improvements and troubleshooting production equipment in a manufacturing environment
Responsible for writing procedures, assembling charts, diagrams, and directions for technical tasks
Assist Technical Manager and other department employees with other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program studying packaging science, engineering or related field
Technical aptitude
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong hands-on attitude toward project work
Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365
Proven leadership experience
