Responsibilities
Installing and maintaining Calor’s bulk tanks and assets at customer sites
Travel (van and fuel provided) in order to meet customer service standards for our largely rural customer base
The role requires participation in a standby rota to respond to gas emergencies out of normal working hours. Therefore, you will need to have a flexible, positive, and adaptable approach. Additional rates of pay apply
Qualification
Required
ACS Gas Qualified
Experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent customer care
Any relevant gas engineering experience would be considered useful, and an understanding of LPG and the installation and maintenance of bulk LPG tanks and cylinders would be a distinct advantage
Have knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards, including Health and Safety awareness
Be able to follow procedures and instructions
A Full Manual UK driving licence is essential
