Responsibilities

Serves as a vSphere Engineer, providing engineering support on:
VSphere 7/8 Secure boot
VSphere/vCenter Trust Authority
Create hardware root of trusts that extend to VMs
Implement STIGS
Debug non-traditional hardware
Optimize and fix virtualized systems

Qualification

Required

5+ years of vSphere experience
Active Secret Clearance
vSphere 7/8 Secure boot
vSphere/vCenter Trust Authority
Experience with UEFI boot and TPM 2.0 and TXT secure/measured boot
Creating hardware root of trusts that extend to the VM
STIG implementation experience
PCI/USB pass thru experience
Debugging non traditional hardware
Knowledge of Linux USB stack and power management of USB stack
Network savvy - knows Cisco products & NSX
Understanding of multicast and latency statistics gathering
Understanding of networking (routing protocols)
Understanding of BGP, OSPF
Experience optimizing/fixing virtualized systems

Preferred

vSphere engineering: 5 years
vSphere 7/8 Secure boot: 5 years
vSphere/vCenter Trust Authority: 5 years
STIG implementation: 3 years
Linux USB stack: 3 years
power management of USB stack: 3 years
