Operations Coordinator-Part Time (25-30 hours) $20 hour
SPS Companies, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage various administrative tasks. The role involves handling phone inquiries, greeting visitors, maintaining quality records, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
Answer and follow up on phone inquiries in a business-oriented manner
Greet visitors, drivers, and customers in a professional manner
Maintain quality records and Mill Test Reports in accordance with Quality procedures
Research and generate necessary paperwork for Service Center management
Create and coordinate outbound and inbound paperwork for effective material movement
Perform system stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy (SAP)
Ensure inventory accuracy by reviewing documents from the floor are completed in accordance with SPS policy
Maintain a clean and well-organized office area
Attend all scheduled safety, department, and company meetings as required
Qualification
Required
Understanding of SPS policies and procedures
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Procedures
Detail-oriented and excellent observational skills

Strong computer, tablet, scanner, or mobile device skills
High School diploma or G.E.D
Valid driver's license
