Responsibilities
Indirectly supervises Casino Accounting in the performance of daily audit work and compilation of numbers for the Daily Operating Report. Reviews the Daily Operating Report
Indirectly supervises General Ledger Accounting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and account reconciliations
Indirectly supervises Inventory Control, Warehouse Inventory and Food & Beverage SWS receiving processes
Indirectly supervises the Hard/Soft Count Team in the performance of the Hard/Soft Count drop
Indirectly supervises the Main Street Warehouse in the performance of ordering, receiving, and storing product and records
Responds to questions and demands of the Gaming Control Board and regulatory agencies
Responds to questions and demands of the Internal Revenue Service
Responds to questions and findings of Internal/External Auditors
Reviews backup and sign checks
Works on special projects as deemed necessary by the Vice President of Finance
Performs other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested
Ability to manage employees, training, and coaching skills with evidence of developing exceptionally motivated teams
Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate

Knowledge of inventory and ordering functions; the procedures of receiving and storing product
Knowledge of Hard/Soft Count procedures and accounting for revenues
Knowledge of cage transactions and procedures
Knowledge of casino department's revenue transactions and procedures
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration
Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities
Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
Must be able to complete standard forms and reports
Bachelor's or related degree preferred
At least 5 years' experience in same/similar role
Minimum age requirement is 21
