AirSculpt® is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Project Management to lead strategic Operations projects and initiatives from concept to completion. This role plays a critical part in driving execution, maintaining accountability, and ensuring timely delivery of key organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on schedule and within scope

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure clarity, accountability, and successful execution

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as business needs evolve

Facilitate regular coordination meetings to track progress, enforce accountability, and drive timely resolution of open items or roadblocks

Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on time and within budget

Build strong, trusted relationships across departments to promote collaboration and ensure clear communication between leadership and teams

Support organizational alignment by ensuring projects and initiatives are connected to broader business objectives

Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

5+ years of experience in strategic project management with Operations

Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring accountability and measurable business results

Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in project management platforms, calendar systems, and collaboration tools

Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence and the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, including leadership and board members
