Responsibilities

Work in the field at customer locations diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium and heavy Class 7 & 8 trucks

Analyze complex mechanical and electronic malfunctions in the field

Determine the best repair strategy and execute repairs or rebuilds on major systems including engines, transmissions, axles, steering, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, and air systems

Required

5 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks, including engine repair, electronic troubleshooting, HVAC systems, and chassis repair

Ability to work under little or no supervision

Excellent communication and customer relations skills

Must provide own tools

Driver's license with a good driving record

Preferred

Kenworth Essentials certifications

Cummins and MX software experience

Class A CDL
