Responsibilities
Manage projects and coordinate tasks supporting executive initiatives
Prepare presentations, reports, and communications
Organize company and customer-related events
Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings and teams
Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
Maintain confidentiality in all matters
Use SAP, Concur, and Microsoft Office tools proficiently
Represent the executive with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
Apply business acumen to solve problems and make decisions
Perform additional duties assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience as an Executive Admin/Assistant
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
Discreet with sensitive information
Assertive problem-solving mindset
Business-savvy with strong professionalism
Willingness to travel up to 25% (regional/international)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field - Highly Preferred
Experience with SAP, Concur – Preferred
