Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and emerging issues
Draft memoranda, contracts, and compliance documents under attorney supervision
Assist with corporate governance and entity management processes
Support attorneys in labor, employment, and compliance matters
Participate in contract review, negotiation, and risk analysis
Gain exposure to litigation management, intellectual property, and real estate transactions
Observe and learn about the role of in-house counsel in advising business leaders

Required

Currently enrolled in Juris Doctor (JD) program
Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028

Preferred

3.0 cumulative GPA
Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Relevant coursework or prior legal internship experience
Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization
