Responsibilities

Successful applicant will be responsible for fault analysis, developing relay settings and related documentation for protective relays and control IEDs

Expected to follow client requirements and internal company quality control and quality assurance practices

Expected to serve as the interface with clients, other company departments, outside consultants, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers on technically related matters

Expected to serve as engineering lead or technical reviewer on assigned projects

Candidate will be responsible for working closely with other engineering and project management team members to coordinate overall project deliverables and be responsible for helping maintain project budgets and schedules

Required

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology

5 or more years of electrical engineering experience in relay settings is required

Demonstrated knowledge of typical transmission, substation and distribution protection applications

Experience with ASPEN and AcSELerator Quickset software required

Preferred

Registered as a Professional Engineer or EIT preferred

Experience with ETAP, SKM, CYME, CAPE and other manufacturer relay software preferred
