Maintaining a positive relationship with customers
Assist customers and other R & L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement
Use customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to
Resolve customer issues
Promote company goals and objectives
Daily freight tracing with customers
Assisting other terminals in freight related issues
Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong communication/telephone skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to deal with potentially stressful situations
General office and customer service experience
Basic knowledge or Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
Ability to type 30+ WPM
Preferred
2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast pace environment
Freight logistics experience
