Senior Media Buyer

Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency made up of strategists, data scientists, and artists. In this position as Senior Media Buyer, you will support the execution and management of paid media campaigns across numerous clients, working closely with a team of Media Buyers and coordinating across various teams to ensure successful campaigns.

Responsibilities

Set-up, QA, implementation, and ongoing oversight of paid media campaigns across multiple advertising channels
Monitor campaign delivery & performance, and flagging issues to the rest of the team
Ensure campaigns meet and exceed client KPIs
Work with the Media Planning and fellow Buying team members to support development of effective media plans
Contribute to BPI’s new-to-market products & services that help clients deliver more impactful campaigns
Report on advertising performance metrics across platforms to assess campaign performance, inventory value, and opportunities for improvement
Attend new vendor meetings to help assess the fast-changing digital media landscape and develop new buying solutions for clients
Support Buying team members in developing the agency’s buying product
Assist Buying team members in designing, executing, and analyzing tests to improve the efficacy of our buying tactics

Required

Passion for managing or building a career in digital advertising in an agency setting
Comfortable running paid media programs in social media, search, and programmatic advertising platforms
Experience in set-up, QA, implementation, and ongoing oversight of paid media campaigns across multiple advertising channels
Ability to monitor campaign delivery & performance, and flag issues to the rest of the team
Capability to ensure campaigns meet and exceed client KPIs
Experience working with Media Planning and Buying team members to support development of effective media plans
Ability to report on advertising performance metrics across platforms to assess campaign performance, inventory value, and opportunities for improvement
