Responsibilities

Lead workshops to collect and document business requirements for SCM processes, such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay
Configure and customize NetSuite modules, including Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Inventory, and costing capabilities, to meet client needs
Map and redesign business processes, ensuring they align with NetSuite functionality and industry best practices
Oversee data migration, including cleansing, import/export via CSV, and ensuring data integrity
Work with technical teams on integrations and create functional design documents for all solutions
Develop test scripts, support user acceptance testing, and deploy new functionality
Create training materials and deliver end-user training. Provide ongoing functional support after the system goes live
Analyze and resolve complex functional and business issues for clients in manufacturing, distribution, and retail sectors

Required

3 - 5 years of experience in NetSuite SCM Functional consultancy
2 - 3 implementation and good experience in Support projects
Good domain experience in Material Handling, Inventory, Manufacturing, Retail functionalities
Good experience in NetSuite General Ledger, Procurement, Sales, Order Management, Shipment, Inventory, Product Management, CRM etc
Good experience in implementing and maintaining P2P, O2C and Manufacturing cycles in NetSuite
Good experience or knowledge in Advanced Procurement, MRP / Demand Planning, WMS and Advanced Manufacturing
Good knowledge of Logistics, Carrier Integrations in NetSuite
Good experience in Custom Solution inside NetSuite
Good experience in NetSuite Suite Flow, Saved Searches, Reporting, Dashboards, preferably Suite Analytics
Good communication and direct client handling capability
Flexibility for milestone travel

Preferred

Additional Experience in another Oracle or non-Oracle ERP tool is also preferable
