Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to all internet and phone inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicles
Build rapport with potential customers through clear, friendly, and informative communication
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with sales consultants
Assist walk-in customers with vehicle information, availability, and test drives as needed
Maintain an organized follow-up process using CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress
Work collaboratively with the sales and management team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience
Maintain product knowledge on all Ford and Toyota models, current incentives, and dealership promotions
Contribute to team goals and dealership performance standards
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn dealership CRM systems
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous sales experience in another industry is a plus but not required
