The role involves timely review of claims, confirmation of liability, negotiation with carriers, and adherence to compliance regulations.

Responsibilities
The adjuster follows production based goals and objectives to review, resolve and reimburse other parties for their claims
The adjuster is responsible for timely review of demands from third parties, confirmation of liability and coverage, and payment of third party claims
Other duties include the use of telephone contact and negotiation with other carriers, use of Arbitration Forums website for review of demands against our company and adherence to regulatory and compliance specific items related to proper claims handling duties in each state
Adhering to the schedule hours set for the employee
Be able to follow the procedures set forth
Work all files in inventory thoroughly in order to meet individual goal and to help team meet monthly goal
Working the diary to completion on a daily basis
Must have the ability to perform in a high volume work environment and a history of strong performance and achievement
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a high volume environment is essential
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
